It is such a beautiful day outside today and literally all I want to do is go outside and do some yoga. But since I’ve been having problems with my wrist lately, it’s become nearly impossible. So I started thinking about classes I could take once I am all healed up to regain some of the flexibility I’ve lost since my injury. Usually I do yoga at home, but I am really wanting to take it a step further and maybe get some actual training, take a class and (gasp) do yoga in public.
That being said, my usual workout gear wont work. It’s not like you can go to one of these classes in some normal leggings or shorts because people will totally be able to see your butt. So I started looking around for some cute and relatively inexpensive yoga gear (because this stuff can really cost an arm and a leg) and came across a new section of the Free People website featuring their movement collection.
